How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to the United States and the European Union.
Will I receive a tracking number?

Which carriers do you use?
FedEx is our primary carrier. Depending on your location, UPS, USPS, or another available courier may handle your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer easy 30-day returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our support team and we will guide you through the return process.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or was not as described. In those cases, we cover all return shipping.
What condition does the item need to be in?
Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale and discounted items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrived broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at support@zibarosshop.com.

Yes. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from support@zibarosshop.com with your order details.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Occasionally orders may be split into separate shipments due to product availability or the size of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees if this happens.
