Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, the product will no longer be eligible for return.

If you decide to return an order, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once the return has been processed, the amount will be refunded either:

  • As a store credit voucher for the same value, or

  • As a refund of the order amount via bank transfer.

The product must be sent to our warehouse, and shipping costs will always be the responsibility of the customer.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your return request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Returned items must show no signs of use. Stains, bent cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic wrapping will not be accepted. If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased through retailers

  • Incorrect products purchased by the customer

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Returns made without proof of purchase may be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse any return.

If the product has been used, the return will not be accepted.

If the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect, the product will be returned to our supplier’s warehouse and no refund will be issued. The customer must pay the shipping costs to resend the order.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page to initiate the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo or video of the product (if applicable)

  • Full shipping address

  • Phone number

In some cases, you may be asked to provide a photo or video of the defective product as evidence in order to issue a refund or replacement.

All returns must be sent to our supplier’s warehouse, and shipping costs will always be paid by the buyer.


HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be issued either as:

  • A discount voucher to be used in our store, or

  • A refund to your bank account.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If you cancel an order within 12 hours, it may be eligible for cancellation before shipment.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days from receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

Please contact your bank or card issuer if you have questions about when the refund will appear in your account.

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.


HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel it.

Be sure to provide your order number and the requested change. We will confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
